Recently had some problems shifting with my Focus ST. Dropped it off, John called once they took a test drive and then once again when they had everything apart. He laid out both options, rebuild transmission or replace with new. Opted for rebuild and they got right to work ordering parts and diving in. The car was in their care for roughly 10 business days and then back in my possession. Was modestly priced and worth every penny. Drives better than new and they were very on top of keeping me updated. Will definitely use their services in the future!

From the initial phone call to schedule the appointment through picking up the vehicle, my experience with J & A Transmission was completely satisfying—something that feels rare these days. Randomly stumbled upon this shop and couldn't be happier. Replaced and serviced the transmission on my 1990 mustang and the car runs great. They are currently working on my other mustang now. Super quick service and the techs and employees are nothing but friendly, straight forward, intelligent people. Quality work for a great price !!
